Chris Hawkins and Joanne Bolton will not compete together

Dance enthusiasts will be disappointed today to learn that Chris Hawkins and Joanne Bolton will now not compete together as originally planned. Whilst Chris and Joanne would not want to disappoint those who were looking forward to welcoming them, as a new partnership, to the competition scene, they trust that the Dance World will do all it can to support them in their future plans.
Chris Hawkins was a multiple time WDDSC World Professional Standard champion with former partner Hazel Newbury and later, dancing with his wife Justyna, he was a finallist of Blackpool dance Festival, UK Open, World Championships and other major competitions. Joanne Bolton and former dancing partner of 16 years, Timothy Howson, were the WDC World Professional Standard silver medallists, European vice-champions and British national champions.
